  Benchmark is well equipped to train in basic woodworking skills and to City & Guilds standard.

Training

By developing links with colleges and working with private enterprise we are able to offer nationally recognised accredited courses, tailored to our students requirements and located on site, in our training workshop. Our commercial workshops provides work placements for YMCA students as part of their vocational course requirements. These placements can last upto one year and count towards their final mark.

Benchmark Furniture Design & Build have a positive approach to student placements and presently offer places to Manchester Metropolitan University 3D design students.

Developments
